Diwali Celebration 2024
SVL sparkled with Diwali cheer this year as our team came together to celebrate the festival of lights with unmatched enthusiasm and spirit. Our office transformed into a colourful showcase of Incredible India. The elements of our country were beautifully represented through unique décor, vibrant attire, and cultural symbol. Each team contributed to a regional theme, bringing authenticity and creativity to every desk and corner, immersing us in the diverse traditions of India. The festive energy was contagious as employees, along with their families, joined in the celebrations, adding to the joyful atmosphere. It was a memorable event, reminding us of the light we bring to each other’s lives, both personally and professionally.
Outbound Team Building Event 2024
At SVL, we believe in the power of teamwork and fostering a unified culture. As part of our Learning & Development (L&D) plan, our Human Resources department has designed an exciting outbound team building offsite for all employees and senior management. This event focuses on team bonding and creating the culture of ‘One SVL’.
Our primary objective is to align everyone with SVL’s values, culture, and leadership behaviour to foster a collaborative environment. This year’s event builds on last year’s progress, delving deeper into interpersonal relationships, team dynamics, and behaviour. The program utilized the B❒X Breakthrough Challenge to encourage out-of-the-box thinking, team collaboration, and ambitious goal setting for personal and organizational growth.

Developing a Learning Mindset Culture
SBI Ventures Limited, (Formerly known as SBICAP Ventures Limited) a State Bank of India Group Company, recently concluded a three month long Organization wide program on Growth Mindset
Guided by Kenneth Paul (OKR Coach) Lewis and Nikhil Maini, this training intervention focused on Learner’s mindset, Innovator mindset and Achiever mindset. Key takeaways from the multiple sessions were organizational values and culture, long-term thinking, processes, governance, collective decision making, collaborative environment and more.
